Pricing Our prices are low and checked frequently to maintain our competitive edge. Your cost includes the price of the item purchased and the associated shipping charges. Currently taxes for online purchases are only required for Nevada State residents.
Shipping We only ship through United Parcel Service (UPS) and the United States Postal Service (USPS). However, you can personally arrange for shipping through any of the usual package carriers (e.g. FedEx, DHL, Airborne Express, etc.) to suite your preference. Items on order will normally be shipped within a day after we receive them. On occasion we will arrange for merchandise to be drop-shipped by UPS from the manufacturer to your location. These items are shipped when the manufacturer completes your order. Delivery estimates are based on the time your order is completed and ready for shipping.
USPS Priority Mail For products under $100.00 in value, or weighing less than 1 lbs., we generally use Priority Mail through the United States Postal Service. Delivery usually takes 2 to 3 days.
UPS Shipping For items available in stock and priced more than $100.00 or heavier than 1 lbs., we normally ship daily through United Parcel Service (UPS).
UPS Next Day Air UPS Next Day Air features fast, reliable delivery to every address in all 50 states and Puerto Rico. UPS guarantees delivery by 10:30 a.m., noon, or end of day the next business day depending on destination (noon or 1:30 p.m. on Saturdays). UPS 3-Day Select The ideal mix of economy and guaranteed on-time delivery, UPS 3 Day Select guarantees delivery within three business days to every address in the 48 contiguous states.
UPS Ground (3 - 10 days) Prompt, dependable, low-cost ground delivery makes UPS Ground an excellent choice for all your routine shipments. UPS Ground reaches every address throughout the 48 contiguous states.
Damage or Loss For purchases of $100.00 or more, freight insurance is Included in your shipping cost to cover any damage or loss during transit. If an item is lost or damaged during shipping, the carrier becomes responsible. Please contact us in the event of damage or loss; we will do what we can to help with your claim.
Returns Contact us at Paint Sprayers Unlimited with your purchase information to discuss a refund or credit. If there is a problem, we appreciate hearing from you as soon as possible to complete your return within 30 days.
Returns must be within 30 days of invoice. Full Refund or Credit, excluding shipping. No Returns after 30 days.
You are Responsible for Shipping and Freight Insurance.
Your refund or credit does not include any shipping and handling charges shown on your invoice. Please understand you are responsible for the shipping costs and freight insurance to return the product to Paint Sprayers Unlimited. You must insure the shipment or accept the risk of loss or damage during shipment.
Products must be returned Unused.
For a full refund or credit on your original purchase (excluding shipping) the item must be returned unused. Incomplete, or used product returns are subject to NO refund or credit depending on the products condition asdetermined by PSU staff. Please include all accessories, manuals, and other items you received with your original order. If possible please return the product in its original packaging.Your refund or credit will be issued after we have examined the returned product.
Special Orders Returns are solely at the discretion of PSU.
Some special ordered items are so unique in nature as not to be considered mainstream resalable merchandise. Paint Sprayers Unlimited reserves the right to refuse product returns of this type.
